A hotel, booking provider or other contracting entity may process information under its own notice when you use its services. This notice applies to information handled in connection with this website and your initial enquiries.

We may receive your name, contact details, organisation, enquiry category and the information you choose to submit. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, access times and security logs may be processed by our hosting and service providers. We obtain information directly from you, from your authorised representative and from use of the website.
