Use of this website

This website is provided by Croske Life Hospitality Management Sdn Bhd for general information and enquiries. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Separate agreements govern services

Website content and an enquiry do not create a hotel booking, management appointment, agency, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, exclusivity, investment subscription or obligation to transact. Services, authority, fees, deliverables and commercial commitments arise only under the relevant written agreement accepted by duly authorised parties. Booking conditions are set by the relevant hotel or booking provider.

Content and intellectual property

Brand elements, text, design and photographs are owned by or used with permission of their respective rights holders. You may view this website for personal use or legitimate business evaluation. Reproduction, commercial exploitation, misleading use or use implying endorsement requires the appropriate prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not submit false, unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security or use the website to distribute harmful code. Provide information you are entitled to disclose. Initial submissions should not contain confidential transaction documents.

Availability and external links

Changes
